Our annual annual concert features cantors and cantorial soloists from the Tampa Bay and Central Florida region and is presented in a different county each year.
The inspirational concert entitled MIZMOR SHIR L'YOM HASHABAT featured traditional, folk, and contemporary Shabbat music from around the world. Participants included Riselle Bain (Congregation Schaarai Zedek, Tampa), Sharon Brown-Levy (Temple Emanu-El, Livingston, New Jersey), Marla A. Goldberg (Temple Beth El, St. Petersburg), Deborah Jacobson (www.AhavatShalom.org, Palm Harbor), Joy Katzen-Guthrie (Independent), Harold Orbach (Temple B’nai Israel, Clearwater, ), Jodi Sered-Lever (Congregation Kol Ami, Tampa), Vikki Silverman (Congregation Beth Am, Tampa), David B. Sislen (Congregation B'nai Israel, St. Petersburg), and Marci Vitkus (Jewish Center of Venice), with pianist Chana Olmstead as accompanist.
